EDUCATION
Current law requires a candidate for registration to hold a professional
degree in landscape architecture. A professional degree is a degree
from a university level program in landscape architecture that has been
accredited by the Landscape Architectural Accrediting Board (LAAB) or
other accrediting agency approved by the Board.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates are required to complete an internship period of three years.
The required experience shall be in areas directly related to landscape
architecture and shall include experience in design, contract documents,
contract administration and office management. The experience requirements
may be fulfilled by completing three years of experience in landscape
architecture in accordance with the table below and meet the following
conditions:
